Refund Policy
Nothing is bought or paid for on FlipOS itself. It is the private dashboard the FlipWallz team uses; there are no subscriptions, fees or in-app purchases, so there is nothing to refund here.
Orders from our shop
Everything FlipWallz sells is sold through TikTok Shop. Payment, returns and refunds for those orders are handled by TikTok Shop under its policies, and every order is covered by TikTok Shop's buyer protection:
- Open the order in the TikTok app and use Request a refund or Return. TikTok's return window and rules apply to the order.
- We review requests from the dashboard and normally answer within one business day. Approved refunds are paid by TikTok back to your original payment method.
- If an item arrives damaged or not as described, include photos with the request so it can be approved quickly.
- Questions about an order can also be sent to [email protected]; please include the TikTok order number.
If we ever charge for the dashboard
Should FlipOS be offered as a paid service in future, the refund terms for it will be published on this page before any charge is taken.
