Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Julian Alden ("we", "us"), the operator of the FlipOS dashboard for FlipWallz, whenever you use the dashboard, its sign-in pages or its Discord bot. By creating an account or signing in you accept them. If you do not, do not use the dashboard.
1. Who may use it
The dashboard is private and invite-only. You may use it if you are 18 or older and have been given an invite code by FlipWallz for work with the shop, or if we have given you access to a demo. We can withdraw access at any time.
2. Your account
- One person per account. Do not share your password or let anyone else sign in as you.
- Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- Admins can change what your account can do, suspend it, or remove it.
3. What you agree not to do
- Use buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or messages for anything other than fulfilling and supporting orders for the shop, or take them out of the dashboard except for that purpose.
- Copy, scrape, resell or share competitor logs, recordings or other content from the dashboard outside the team.
- Try to get around permissions, access another account, probe or overload the service, or interfere with it.
- Post anything unlawful, abusive or infringing in team chat, notes, profile fields or through the bot.
- Use the dashboard in a way that breaks the terms of TikTok, Discord, Whatnot or any other service it works with.
4. Buyer and third-party information
Order details, buyer messages and logs of public streams are confidential business information. Treat them as such, follow the Privacy Policy, and stop using them when you leave the team.
5. Services we do not control
The dashboard depends on TikTok Shop, Discord, Whatnot, Tailscale, carriers and other services. Their terms apply to your use of them, they can change or cut off access at any time, and we are not responsible for what they do or for the accuracy of data that comes from them. Spot prices, analytics and stock counts are aids to judgment, not promises.
6. Ownership
The dashboard software, its design and its content belong to Julian Alden or its licensors. You keep ownership of what you post (messages, notes, photos) and give us permission to store and show it inside the dashboard so the team can use it. Product artwork and brand names shown in the dashboard belong to their owners.
7. Availability and changes
The dashboard is provided as it is and as available. It runs on our own equipment and may be unavailable, changed or shut down at any time without notice. We may change these terms; the effective date at the top will change and continued use means you accept the new version.
8. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the dashboard without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Julian Alden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the dashboard, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some laws do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as that law permits.
10. Ending access
You can stop using the dashboard at any time and ask an admin to remove your account. We can suspend or end your access at any time, with or without a reason. Sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 11 continue to apply after that.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Charlotte County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
